How To Use RecoveryRoute
A quick guide to comparing treatment options, booking requests, deposits, and getting help when you need it.
Compare Programs
Use the Programs page to filter by location, length, cost, substances treated, language, setting, and other details. Open any program to review photos, quick facts, pricing, travel estimates, and provider information.
Request A Booking
When a program feels like a fit, use the booking form on the program page. RecoveryRoute collects only the details needed to submit your request and share it with the provider after the required deposit step is completed.
Track Your Request
After submitting, use the private booking link from your email to follow provider review, acceptance, cancellation deadlines, and next steps. Keep the reference code available when speaking with the provider.
Get Help
If something is unclear, use the Support page to contact the RecoveryRoute team. If this is an emergency or someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
List Program
Use the registration flow to create a Provider account, from there you can begin list programs.
