Booking requests
A booking request is not a guarantee of admission, treatment, availability, pricing, or clinical fit. Providers review requests and may accept, decline, or contact you for more information before any next step is confirmed.
Provider listings and program details
RecoveryRoute works to keep centre and program information useful and current, but providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing content, including descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, and eligibility information.
Payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds
Some booking flows may require a deposit or other payment step. Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and payment requirements may vary by booking and will be shown during the booking process or in your booking status page where applicable.
Acceptable use
