About the Program
This 45-day residential treatment program provides a structured, supportive environment for adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Combining evidence-based therapies with personalized care and peer support, the program helps residents develop healthier habits, strengthen coping strategies, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
Set in a peaceful, nature-filled environment, the facility offers comfortable shared bedrooms, welcoming communal spaces, and a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. Each bedroom accommodates two residents in separate single beds, providing a comfortable living arrangement that encourages companionship while allowing space for personal rest and reflection.
Throughout their stay, residents follow a structured daily schedule incorporating individual counselling, group therapy, and educational workshops. Treatment focuses on understanding substance use patterns, identifying triggers, developing emotional regulation skills, and building practical strategies for maintaining sobriety.
Mindfulness, physical exercise, and outdoor recreational activities complement traditional therapy, supporting overall mental and physical well-being. Shared meals and community activities provide opportunities to form meaningful connections with others navigating similar recovery challenges.
As treatment progresses, residents work with their care team to develop individualized relapse prevention strategies and aftercare plans, helping them prepare for a successful transition back to everyday life and continued recovery.
